As for blog tips, my secret is staying up until this hour - it's 2:30 a.m. my time right now! So, I'm not sure that I'd recommend it, but it seems to be the only thing that works for me! ;-)
Seriously, another tip is scheduling your posts to post at a later time by publishing them with a future date in the Post Options date field. That way you can create a bunch of posts when you have a block of time, but schedule them to post later in the week so that they're spread out. If this isn't clear, feel free to PM me.
